Q:	How about the delivery time?
A:	In general, after sample approval and deposit paid, it needs 35 days. It’s up to season and your specific needs, such as, quantity and production technique. You're recommeneded to place orders 2 months eailer before you want get the goods.

Q:	Do you have stock?
A:	No. Only small stock as samples. We mostly do customization orders.

Q:	What are the MOQ for these souvenirs?
A:	MOQ is 1000 pcs / design. All at factory direct prices!

Q:	How much should I pay to get a personalized sample?
A:	Free samples. For stock designs, you only need pay freight cost. While for new unique designs, mould cost and freight cost is necessary. We'll return the mould cost for almost all big orders, say, 5,000 pieces per design.

Q:	Are your designs free to use?
A:	It depends. We offer free design services! For some stock designs belonging to some of our old customers, we can only use them as your reference. There are also many stock designs you can use directly.
