Q:	What's your MOQ?
A:	MOQ is 1,000 pcs per design/shape.

Q:	Can I get free samples?
A:	For most models, you can get 1-2 free samples to check quality with freight on your part. For some models or your own designs, mould cost is needed to make the new moulds.

Q:	How much is the freight to New York?
A:	Freight depends on the weight, packing size, destination, delivery carrier. Contact us with more details, and we'll caculate for you.

Q:	What about the lead time for mass production?
A:	Normally 25-40 days, depends on the quantity and the season. Our suggestion: inquiry and place order 2 months earlier before you need the goods arrived.

Q:	Can I visit your factory?
A:	YES. Welcome to visit our factory. Our address is in 79-80, Phase II, North District Industrial Zone, Xiao lan Industrial Base, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Please contact us before your visit. Besides, we attend many exhibitions, such as, Canton Fair, as well as some business trips worldwide every year. Let us know if you're interested.

Q:	Can I use your stock designs for bulk order?
A:	It depends. For some designs belonging to some of our old customers, we need then keep them secret or only use them as your reference. But, with 5 experienced designers, we can free design similar logos for you if needed. There are also many stock designs you can use directly. Feel free to tell us which one you're interested.
